    **NEW!!** New Year Retreat Day
    Saturday 6th January 10.30-4.30pm
    Align yourself to receive your gifts for 2018 on this day retreat. Come and explore your inner world and your expansive connection on an day of gong baths, shamanic journeying, meditation and sounding. We will go into our inner worlds with gong baths and meditation; journey further in with shamanic drum where you may meet a spirit guide or power animal helper; and explore our connection using guided meditation and sound.
    This retreat is in a beautiful barn in the small village of Charing, Kent which is easily reached by from London Victoria or London St Pancreas in under 1.30 hours.

    **NEW** Winter  Solstice Celebration
    Thursday 21st December 7.30-9.30pm
    This will be a special joyful night of gong, sounding and meditation (more information to follow).

    Drop in Sonic Soul Choir Open Session
    Thursday 5th October 7.30-9.00pm
    Take a journey into our Bliss Soundscape as we rest in the Light and sound Our Gifts collectively for the universe. A continuous 1.5 hours of sound where you can both sound and rest in the sound as we send the Light out to wherever it is needed trusting to the Higher Intent.
    Venue : The Swiss Church, Endell Street, London, WC2H 9DY
    Exchange : £20 per session (payable in advance)

    Gong Bath/Meditation – This event is now full
    Friday 29th September 7-8pm
    A deep sound bath and meditation of healing and expansion. (Please note that Karma Studios is a shoe free studio and if you are pregnant or have any disability needs please contact me before you book).

    Gong Bath Meditation

    Sonic Soul Choir – Blissfilled Sound
    NEW DATES: Mondays for 6 weeks 11th September – 16th October 7.30 – 9.00pm –     THIS COURSE IS FULL
    6 Week Group Sound Meditation
    A six week journey into our Bliss Soundscape as we rest in the Light and sound Our Gifts collectively for the universe. A continuous 1.5 hours of sound where you can both sound and rest in the sound as we send the Light out to wherever it is needed trusting to the Higher Intent. Places limited to 12.
