    Come and explore your inner world and your expansive connection on an afternoon of meditation and sound baths. This sacred afternoon will be three hours of meditation and sound healing ending with a gong bath, where you will be able to experience your true expansiveness and your magic self.     Take a journey into our Bliss Soundscape as we rest in the Light and sound Our Gifts collectively for the universe. A continuous 1.5 hours of sound where you can both sound and rest in the sound as we send the Light out to wherever it is needed trusting to the Higher Intent. Places limited to 16.

    Exchange : £20 per session (payable in advance)

    Day Retreat
    Come and explore your inner world and your expansive connection on an afternoon of meditation and sound baths. On this whole day retreat there will time to share your experiences and receive guidance if required and to delve deeper into sound, meditation and journeying as a way to experience your larger selves.
